Blades
• Single units, extruded aluminum with integral features to insure secure and close tolerances in shape.
• Two integral splines through the length of each shaft make a virtually
indestructible interlock with pivot shafts and drive shaft. This eliminates any form of slippage and insures positive blade action in relationship to drive mechanism.
• An integral slot for blade edge seal eliminates the need for adhesives
which can fail, and permits the renewal of blade edge seal, should it be required.
• Blade arrangements can be selected as either parallel or opposed arrangement to suit your specific requirements.
• Insulated dampers are provided in parallel blade arrangement.
Insulated Blades

Insulated blades utilize a single piece hollow extrusion, incorporating double blade edge seals and integral pivot or drive shaft interlocking splines.• Blades are insulated internally, utilizing R5 insulation, and sealed at the ends to further control thermal characteristics.
